 EU Co-financed Investment Projects

Cohesion Fund is available for those EU countries, where GDP per capital is less then 90% of average in the EU.
Cohesion Fund resources are also used for development of TEN-T network.
The main difference is that the minimum project amount is 10 million EUR, financing may be even 85% of project total eligible costs. Tenders are carried out in accordance with national legislation, not EU guidelines as it is in the case of ISPA.
